Our goal is to make a stronger person out of you and our community.  Living life to the fullest by way of loving our existence because we embark on a path of strengthening our mind, body, and spirit. To know that there is no end to learning and that challenges and failures are the learning blocks to making us stronger and smarter. We seek to be honest and true to ourselves so that we can understand and work on our weaknesses.

It seems that our move into this location was meant to be. It has nice wooden floors and mirrors all around that were put in by the previous owners for ballroom dancing. What we added was mats that are easily assembled and disassembled.
