Instructor Eric Grimm is currently ranked 8th Dan and has been regularly practicing in the Bujinkan since 2007 and in 2014 he received the Godan rank of 5th degree black belt while in Japan. The first five years of his training were under the instruction of Shihan Michael Russell, now of the Bujinkan Sonoma Dojo. For the last few years he has been teaching classses for the Bujinkan Madison Dojo.  His learning extends to making trips to train in Japan and to attend seminars of quality instruction. He is the founder of Vital Creations Studio and is an advocate of good health, awareness, and the Warrior's Way.
